The common reference model (CRM) is the baseline for each of the other Guild industry reference models. As such, each team may submit and review updates to the CRM and participate in its maturation and evolution. CRM v7.0, which will launch in the second half of 2024, has a number of substantive, useful updates. This webinar will overview these updates and preview the accompanying update to the CRM companion guide.

Most of her career was spent on process engineering large-scale regulatory and digital transformation involving complex multi-platform system integrations or new system builds. She became a Business Architect in 2017 and apply the practice across several enterprise-wide transformation at Wells Fargo. She is currently a Business Execution Senior Manager at Wells Fargo in the Payments Transformation Team under the Chief Operating Office.
