As the business architecture practice continues to expand, organizations are seeking ways to scale and integrate the discipline through the use of metamodel enabled tooling. At the same time, a number of organizations are using ArchiMate® based tooling to manage their enterprise architecture. While ArchiMate is a widely used formalism for managing enterprise metadata, it is not always apparent to practitioners how to best leverage it to enable and scale a BIZBOK® based, business architecture practice. To address this issue, the Guild metamodel team has published a Business Architecture / ArchiMate® Metamodel Alignment Guide, which provides a detailed perspective on how the Guild’s metamodel aligns to corresponding ArchiMate representations. If you align to the Guild approach and have or are exploring ArchiMate based tooling, this is a must attend session. This webinar will deliver Part 2 of the two-part ArchiMate alignment discussion.
