He partners with customers to design operating models, prioritize portfolios, and build roadmaps that connect funding to value. Tim’s approach uses proven methods including Balanced Scorecard, Lean/Six Sigma, and governance practices such as COBIT—always with an emphasis on clarity, simplicity, and measurable outcomes. Recently, he has developed five-year business cases for sustainability reporting and compliance, aligning data collection, controls, and automation with capex/opex planning and risk-avoidance benefits. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Enterprise IT Architecture from Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor’s in ICT for Analysts and Architects form the NOVI University of Applied Sciences.
