Mike is known for his ability to quickly understand the big picture and to communicate the value of those strategic changes to different groups and levels of the organization removing cultural and resistance roadblocks. Mike is co-lead for the Telecommunication Industry Reference Model team and is a Certified Business Architect (CBA)®.

Having worked in several industries, Roger combines his experience in the field of business development and (commercial) management with that of business process management, to align the organizations operating model with new opportunities and enable process improvements. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, driving end -to end change through the interaction of business processes, data and systems.  Roger is co-lead for the Telecommunication Industry Reference Model team and is a Certified Business Architect (CBA)®.
