Webinar: Strategic Business Architecture Scenarios

Recorded On: 09/15/2021

Maturing an organization’s use of business architecture requires an understanding of how to leverage the discipline across a wide variety of business situations. Business scenarios aid in providing this understanding by establishing context as a means of accelerating business architecture’s adoption and use. Scenarios may be defined at varying levels based on overall scope and duration. Strategic business scenarios, for example, provide context on a holistic scale, while tactical scenarios represent business situations on a more scope constrained, immediate scale. This webinar will discuss why organizations should leverage business scenarios to maximize the benefits of business architecture, highlight the differences between tactical and strategic scenarios, provide a representative list of strategic business scenarios, and break down some examples.
