Cecilie’s 40-plus years of professional experience include a variety of regulated industries such as financial services, transportation, and bio-tech. She began her career in the role of “knowledge engineer” (the best job title, ever). She learned how to be a catalyst while in the role of business analyst. Becoming a certified business architect was a game-changing career move. She managed enterprise architecture governance operations as her professional swan song. Now retired, Cecilie continues to serve as a co-lead of the Government Reference Model team and is an active member of both the Common Reference Model and Tooling collaboration teams.

He has over twenty years’ experience spanning Business Architecture, Business Design and Business Analysis in both public and private sectors. He has been involved in numerous leading business, operational, and digital transformation initiatives across the UK government.
