Tim Hale is an Enterprise Architect at Arvest Bank, where he leads the Business Architecture practice.  As he developed his financial services knowledge, he joined the Financial Services Reference Model team to accelerate his learning and to contribute his expertise to the Guild and its projects.  Prior to Arvest, he has operated his own consulting firm; he spent 30 years at Walmart Technology with 20 of those years in Enterprise Architecture where he developed and guided their global enterprise architecture practice, and played a leading role in their agile transformation. Tim began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen and Co. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (retired).

Jay Thakur is a transformational technology and AI leader with 20+ years of experience turning emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes. Operating across all three layers of architecture- Business, Enterprise, and Technology, he has partnered with Tier 1 enterprises to drive large-scale digital transformation across financial services, banking, wealth management, and insurance, delivering growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.  Armed with advanced credentials in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and holding industry credentials – TOGAF, AIGP and Cloud, Jay brings a rare blend of deep technical fluency and enterprise transformation depth with a proven track record of leading enterprise architecture. Most recently, he has applied this expertise in the wealth management space, where he architected aligning the value stream to support a complex merger and acquisition, enabling seamless integration, data continuity, and AI-readiness across the combined enterprise.

Currently, Jay is focused on defining enterprise AI strategies, building scalable AI and cloud capabilities, and leading technology transformation initiatives that accelerate innovation and business performance, all anchored in aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives.
