Webinar: Common Reference Model & Companion Guide Walkthrough

The common reference model (CRM) is the baseline for each of the other Guild industry reference models. As such, each team may submit and review updates to the CRM and participate in its maturation and evolution. CRM v7.0, which will launch in the second half of 2024, has a number of substantive, useful updates. This webinar will overview these updates and preview the accompanying update to the CRM companion guide.

William Ulrich of TSG, INC, is a strategic planning consultant. He has written several books, published hundreds of articles and papers, and has worked with numerous large corporations and government agencies. William participates in various industry events and is a featured speaker at many of these events. William  latest book is titled Business Architecture: the Art and Practice of Business Transformation. William is Partner and Cofounder of Business Architecture Associates and Cutter Consortium Fellow. William serves on the Board of Directors, Editorial Board and is President of the Business Architecture Guild.

Business Architect

Karol “Damian” Gawlowski is a seasoned Business Architect from the U.K. who has been an active member of the Guild since 2010. He has held leadership positions on the Insurance Reference Model group and has been a co-lead of the Common Reference Model Group for the past few years. He has worked in Banking and Finance, Utilities, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Insurance, Media, and Hospitality for well over 20 years, making him a valuable resource for the Common Reference Model group.
