Business architecture defines stakeholder as “An internal or external individual or organization with a vested interest in achieving value through a particular outcome”. More broadly, stakeholders are recipients of and contributors to value delivery, with value delivery being a foundational business architecture perspective. Stakeholder mapping provides key insights to value stream articulation, customer and partner engagement, capability and information context, and the role of stakeholders in value delivery. This webinar will define stakeholder mapping benefits, principles, guidelines, and techniques; discuss how stakeholder mapping is aligned with and provides insights to value stream, capability, information, and organization mapping; and cover stakeholder mapping business usage scenarios, including when to start and mature the stakeholder map.
