Morad Mziout

Morad Mziout is a highly skilled Consultant, Mentor, & Trainer at New Horizons Services, with 16½ years of relevant experience in business architecture & analysis. He is a Certified Business Architect (CBA®), TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP™), among other credentials demonstrating his mastery of many frameworks such as BIZBOK, TOGAF, and BABOK. He joined Guild in 2022 and is the team lead of the business requirement team & a primary contributor within the financial services team. LinkedIn has recognized him as a Top Business Architecture Voice for being a highly insightful contributor to collaborative articles within this field.

Naini Sharma

Naini is a knowledgeable technology thought leader with extensive experience in the domain of Business Analysis, Business Architecture and SDLC.  A strong analyst, she is always curious and enjoys constant learning, experimenting, adapting, and applying new industry trends and best practices in the organizational context. She has been instrumental in launching agile SDLC practices in her organization. With her recent Graduate Certificate in Business Architecture from Penn State, she has taken up additional responsibilities to help connect-the-dots in the technology division with the goal of facilitating business-IT alignment. She is currently employed as a Senior Lead Business Analyst at ETS, and is an active member of the Guild Business Requirement and the Organization Design/Business Arch. Alignment teams.
