Naini Sharma

Naini is a technology thought leader with deep expertise in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, and the SDLC. A strong and curious analyst, she continuously learns, experiments, and applies emerging industry trends and best practices to drive organizational value. She has played a key role in launching agile SDLC practices within her organization.

Holding CBAP and AAC certifications from IIBA, a CBA from the Business Architecture Guild, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Architecture from Penn State, she actively bridges business and IT to improve alignment across the technology division. Naini currently serves as a Senior Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager and is an active member of the BA Guild’s Requirements, Organization Design, and Higher Education Industry Reference Model teams.

Themba Ngewu

Themba Ngewu is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of experience in application development and project implementation. Over the course of his career, he has held various roles in IT, including System Analyst, Oracle Technical Consultant, and Head of ERP Systems.

He is familiar with business transformation and business–IT alignment, and has experience managing ERP systems and leading project streams. Themba holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Master of Business Leadership. He is also certified in TOGAF 9.1 (The Open Group) and Business Architecture (BIZBOK), and is a member of the Business Architecture Guild’s Organizational Design group.
