Special Webinar: Launch of the Chinese Edition Business Architecture Quick Guide

Includes a Live Web Event on 02/04/2026 at 9:00 PM (EST)

The Business Architecture Guild's Quick Reference Guide serves as a foundational resource for understanding and implementing BIZBOK® Guide-aligned business architecture practices, with the English version originally published in 2018. The Business Architecture Guild is a global professional organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of business architecture through collaborative knowledge development, offering members access to comprehensive resources including regular webinars, authoritative white papers, professional certification programs (CBA®), and a worldwide community of practice. Through the dedicated collaborative efforts of Guild architect volunteers from Chinese backgrounds over recent years, the complete Chinese translation is now officially available, marking a significant milestone in making business architecture knowledge accessible to Chinese-speaking enterprises and practitioners. This webinar celebrates the launch of the Chinese edition while exploring how business architecture serves as a critical bridge connecting strategy to execution, addressing enterprise governance challenges such as cross-departmental alignment failures, redundant investments, and IT delivery misalignment with business objectives. Key topics include common application scenarios for both external drivers (growth and market expansion) and internal drivers (compliance and efficiency), the collaborative relationship between business models, business architecture, and operating models, and practical implementation steps for establishing baseline capabilities, integrating architecture into  into end-to-end, strategy execution, and continuous professional development.
