Diane LeBeau
Diane is the Chair of the GCEA and a member of the Business Architecture Board of Directors. She is the retired director of Business Architecture for United Airlines where she led a team of architects responsible for capturing and managing a common view of the airline's business capabilities for use in strategic planning and program and project support. In addition to business architecture, she has expertise in process optimization, business engagement and business transformation. Diane also has experience with IT PMO and airport operations. She is skilled in managing large programs and aligning business plans with IT solutions. She is recognized for her dynamic abilities in facilitating and managing change associated with major program initiatives.
Josephine Gilmore
Jo Gilmore is a Senior Manager and Capability Lead in Centric Consulting’s Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice. She is responsible for maturing the StratATecture™ delivery methodology, leveraging strategy, operating model design, and business architecture practices. Prior to Centric, Jo spent 17 years at FedEx working on large-scale product development and business agility efforts. She is a Certified Business Architect, OKR Coach, and SAFe Practitioner. Jo sits on the Business Architecture Guild Council of Executive Advisors as well as the Certification Committee.
Lene Østerberg
Lene Østerberg is COO and Founder at Linconomy – A Wealth Management Digital Platform. She is Board member at COOP Bank – A smaller Danish retail bank. Lene has previously worked as Chief Operating Officer at Nordea Life and Pension and held several managerial positions in Nordea Bank, Capital Markets. She has driven and facilitated the business architecture methodology and implementation throughout Wealth Management and Capital Markets in Nordea and played an important part in getting business architecture on the executive agenda in Nordea.
Giovanni Traverso
Giovanni Traverso held leading roles in R&D, product management, supply chain, business transformation, service delivery, and management consulting, working in the high-tech industry for 30+ years. He worked as general manager, senior consultant, founder of a business architecture practice, and senior program manager for cost reduction, supply chain localization and outsourcing initiatives. Mr. Traverso published several contributions to standards and industry forums regarding digital transformation, business architecture, enterprise architecture, customer experience management, supply chain, and R&D. Mr. Traverso is Certified Business Architect® and certified SABSA Foundation.
