Renee Batts has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare, state licensing and financial services industries. She has served in a variety of roles including business analysis, project/program management, and leading delivery teams. Her most recent experience has been driving business architecture and innovation at Principal in Des Moines, IA. In this role, she has collaborated with cross-discipline teams to facilitate the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), embedding business architecture at the portfolio and program levels. Renee helps drive innovation, research, and development, focusing on high priority capabilities with the aptitude to differentiate in the marketplace. Renee is a member of the Business Architecture Guild and has contributed to efforts from the Requirements Collaborative Team, sharing her experience and learning through a variety of lenses.

Sebastian has deep experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and currently is as advisor to the portfolio and program teams implementing a new enterprise CRM platform. Sebastian is a member of the Business Architecture Guild and has contributed towards efforts on the Requirements Collaborative Team regarding agile and SAFe.
