What can I do on the Guild Learning Center?

You can:

1. Register for upcoming live webinars 
2. View past webinar recordings
3. Get Certified
4. Find Accredited Training Partners
5. Access our Volunteer program
6. Register for and access self-paced courses such as the Guided Self-Study for the CBA® Exam
7. View your learning progress through you member Dashboard. You may access you certification progress  -if any- and download a transcript of all the learning material you have completed If you are certified you may access your printable certificate and digital badge. It's a great way to track your achievements

I am a member of the Business Architecture Guild®. Do I have to create a new login to access information on this platform?

No. Your login credentials are the same as those you use to access Business Architecture Guild® -User name and password.

I am not a member of Business Architecture Guild®. Can I access courses, products and recordings through this platform?

You may browse available products such as webinars, but not access any except products listed under Free Resources. You may browse our listing of Accredited Training Partners, and of course, register for our Annual Business Architecture Innovation Summit. Some Items in the online store are also available to you. Content is free or available at a lower cost for members, so you may want to consider joining to take advantage of this member benefit.

How do I access content through this platform?

All on-demand content (recordings) and live events do require registration. On the program's page, click the "Register" button to begin. If the content is free, you will automatically be registered. Your Dashboard will show all courses, programs, and events you registered for. You may access anything you registered for from your Dashboard at any time.

How do I register for an upcoming webinar?

Members may register for upcoming webinars for free - click the "Register" button on the webinar's page to register. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation that contains access information. You may also view webinars you registered for in your Dashboard.

I was not able to attend a live webinar, when will the recording be available?

Webinar recordings are posted to within a few days of the live event.

What are the system requirements for accessing a webinar?

All users must access on-demand recordings and live events from an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge) that supports HTML 5.

How is content organized? How do I find a specific course, webinar, etc.?

You may use the search/filter options form the search bar found on the left rail or at the top of the REcorded Webinars colunm to view different content types, or use the keyword search to look for specific content.

What are the Interest Categories on my profile page?

On your Learner Profile page, you can indicate your level of interest for each category from 0 (low level of interest) to 5 (high level of interest). The Home Page will then recommend content based on your rankings.

Certification

To access your certificate or progress transcript:

• Log in to www.businessarchitectureguild.org.
• Click the link under Resources for the Learning Center. You may also bookmark the link and sign in directly,
• Select “Dashboard” from the left side navigation.
• In the center you will see “My Dashboard”.
• Select “Certifications”.
• You will have the opportunity to View Certificate – you’ll also be able to print from there.
• “Transcript” is also available from “My Dashboard”.
  • NOTE: Transcripts will be available from any webinar or future activity you complete using the learning platform.
  • Prior CEU credits (total number) have been imported, but without detail.
  • Detail for prior credits is still available under My Profile on the main website.

NOTE ON DIGITAL BADGES:

We have engaged with a verified electronic badge system. Anyone who earns a certification or a re-certification will instigate a badge. If you have already earned your CBA®, your badge will populate at your next renewal date.
